The flowers are always pretty but I really don't like that they call me and ask where my house is. It really ruins the surprise. Instead of being surprised I got flowers, I get a call asking where I'm located and then wait for them to get to my house. There are multiple search engines online that can give you directions to someone's house.

The owner here (or atleast the lady that runs the place) is far from friendly but despite this I've given this place a couple tries. Needless to say I will now be taking my business elsewhere. I ordered 12 balloons and needed 14 balloons inflated and was charged $45. I find this outrageous.
