I just leased my second car from this dealership. For my first car, the dealership would send someone to my house to pick up my car and leave me a loaner car for something as simple as an oil change. Not to mention, they went out of their way to get me every single discount they could on my lease. Now I am turning in my first lease for another lease, and they jumped through hoops for me once again. An employee drove to my residence to pick up insurance information rather than make me drive to the dealership. They also set me up with all of the information I needed via email to make it much easier. From the time I asked to turn in my lease to the time I am picking up my new lease is 3 days. So if I can't be satisfied with that I don't know what I can be satisfied with. Highly recommended dealership.

I flew into Michigan to purchase a Park Avenue from Ron Hall and had the pleasure of working with Ron in person and Nichole via telephone. While in Michigan, Ron was friendly and quite humble throughout the entire transaction. I enjoyed working with him and his personality.

Upon returning home with the newly purchased vehicle, I ran into a few qualms with my local DMV. Ron assured me that before I left Michigan that I should only have to pay sales tax on the vehicle once, as Michigan has a reciprocity agreement with my home state. My local DMV charged me again for sales tax, to which I challenged. Queue the grand entrance of Nichole, who was able to assist me in Ron's absence with faxing information to the DMV in order for me to proceed with registering and titling the vehicle in my home state. Nichole expeditiously faxed over information, mind you two weeks after purchase, in an effort to aid me in my endeavor.
Bottom line up front: Ron Ovury and Nichole Hunter are definitely the best individuals that I could've asked to work with.
