Good sales experience but that's where it ends. As soon as they got the $26k cash that I paid for my Ram truck their service sucked. I have multiple issues with the truck. I called them about the issues half a dozen times over the first 2 weeks of owning the truck, only to get the " let me see what I can do" and "I'll call you back" lines. A month later and I'm still waiting on that call. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
From the moment walking in John took care of us. We purchased a beautiful 2011 F-350 Super Duty from Mike back in April and upon delivery of the truck we unfortunately noticed a sizable oil leak. This is when we met John Boshop. He came and picked the truck up and together Mike and John promised to "make it right". In the process of taking care of the oil leak another mechanic specializing in Diesel engines did a run through and notice a few other issues that needed to be addressed, after talking with Mike and John they agreed to take care of these most pressing issues. They wanted us to be happy buying this truck, and know that it was going to be 100% safe to pull our 36' travel trailer this summer. Needless to say we have taken 3 trips now and are extremely happy with the truck. We cannot thank them enough for the astounding service provided. In a couple months we will be turning in our Ram and getting another lease. We will not go anywhere else but Marlette!! They went the extra mile for us! So we will travel the extra mile and give them the business and so should you!!!
